Pho Bay in Georgetown is a wonderful spot that combines great food with a beautiful location. The restaurant is spotless, including the restrooms, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. I ordered the combination rare beef and brisket pho, and it was comfort food at its finest. The broth was piping hot, rich, and deeply flavorful—each sip felt nourishing and energizing. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, blending beautifully with the fresh herbs and noodles. Pho Bay is a place that gets everything right—clean, friendly, and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!

Great food and drinks! I loved how the Pho had different sized bowls you could get. I had the meatball and shrimp Pho which was delicious! Cozy place to warm up on a cold day

Best pho I have ever had! Awesome location on the creek. In the warmer months, you can sit on the patio to enjoy the sound of running water while you eat. Love bringing my friends and family here when they come to town to visit.

The veggie broth was rich and flavorful, packed with plenty of vegetables, making for a hearty and satisfying meal. The chicken fried rice was perfectly cooked, with great texture and taste. Service was quick, making it a great spot to dine after a long day of skiing.

My 2 kid's and I went to have lunch after doing the Georgetown loop. We got a bunch of appetizers and one of my kids got pho. Everything was delicious. The food came out fast and our server was very kind to my kids. We had a great experience and would gladly go again.

Best pho I’ve had in Colorado. And get the Com Ga Roti, it is out of this world delicious. Cozy atmosphere and wonderful service here. Will go out of my way to come back.

We loved Pho Bay! We came up to ride the train and decided to warm up with some soup after. I love pho, so it was the perfect soup. The wings are crunchy and delicious. The pho's broth is great! My husband really liked his vegetable fried rice too. If traveling with kids, beware, there are two crane games at the entrance. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered pho with chicken and vegetable broth, and seafood pad thai. We have Alpha Gal meat and dairy allergy... when we ordered we asked about ingredients and they understood and were helpful.
